Absorbable Hemostat

Tidespon® is a sponge that can be used as a local haemostatic, in surgical procedures that cause bleeding, in situations where traditional haemostasis is difficult or impractical and the use of non-absorbable materials is not desirable.

Oxitamp Gel® is used for the control of capillary, venous and small arterial haemorrhages, in cases where ligation or other conventional control methods are impractical or ineffective.

Oxitamp Polvere® does not require assembly, it must be used dry and applied directly on the site where haemostasis is required. The gusseted packaging allows easy application of the product even in difficult to access sites.

Oxitamp Polvere® is used in plastic surgery, gynecology, general surgery, hepato-biliary surgery, thoracic surgery, skin transplants, and treatment of superficial lesions.

Oxitamp Fibrillare® is used as a surgical device for the control of capillary, venous and small arterial haemorrhages, in cases where ligation, or other conventional control methods, are impractical or ineffective. Oxitamp Fibrillare® can be cut out for use in endoscopic procedures.

Oxitamp Knitted® is used for the control of capillary, venous, and small arterial haemorrhages, in cases where ligation, or other conventional control methods, are impractical or ineffective. Oxitamp Knitted® can be cut out for use in endoscopic procedures.

Oxitamp® is used adjunctively in surgical procedures to assist in the control of capillary, venous, and small artery hemorrhages when ligation or other conventional methods of control are impracticable or ineffective.
